Choosing the right stationery for you
To begin, you’ll need to decide whether a pre-designed collection or a bespoke design is the right fit for your wedding. Both options are carefully considered and beautifully crafted — the difference lies in how much personalisation and design freedom you’d like.
To make things a little clearer (and less overwhelming), you’ll find more detail on both options below, so you can choose the route that feels right for you and your day.

THE COLLECTION PROCESS
Choosing a design from The Collection means you’ve already found a style that perfectly complements your wedding day. From here, I’ll work closely with you to personalise every detail, ensuring the finished stationery feels beautifully
“you.”
01. Enquiry & Booking
Once you’ve chosen your favourite design, I’ll send over the wedding stationery service form. This helps me gather all the details — quantities, wording, and any coordinating on-the-day pieces you may need.
You can also choose to adjust the colour scheme to match your palette.
From there, I’ll prepare a quote and, once
approved, send an invoice for a 50% nonrefundable
deposit to secure your booking.
02. Design & Proofing
I’ll create your digital proof in PDF format for you to review. You can share your feedback, and I’ll make any necessary amends to get everything just
right.
03. Print & Delivery
Once your proof is approved, I’ll send the final invoice for the remaining balance. As soon as payment is received, your stationery will head to print. At this stage, designs can’t be amended, so please check everything carefully before signing
off. Your order will usually be with you within two weeks of going to print.
A few notes:
– One round of amends is included as standard
— small tweaks beyond that are absolutely fine, but if we reach multiple revisions there may be an additional charge.
– There’s a minimum order of 40 for all printed wedding stationery.

Each collection has been thoughtfully designed to suit a range of wedding styles and can be personalised with your wording, colour palette and chosen finishes.
This option offers a balance of ease and elegance — ideal if you’ve found a design you love and would like it carefully adapted to reflect your day, without starting completely from scratch. It’s a streamlined process while still maintaining the quality, detail and finish

BESPOKE STATIONERY
Bespoke stationery is created entirely around you. From the initial concept through to the final printed pieces, every detail is designed from the ground up to reflect your wedding, your story and your vision.
With bespoke design and carefully chosen print finishes, your wedding stationery becomes something to keep long after the day itself. This approach allows complete creative freedom — from custom layouts and colour palettes to hand-drawn illustrations, distinctive typography and specialist print finishes.
