Creating your dream stationery

Every couple’s wedding is unique, and your stationery should be too. This overview shows the steps we’ll take together to bring your vision to life, along with the associated costs and timeline.

Every detail of your wedding stationery tells your story. Together, we'll bring your
vision to life on paper, capturing the romance and personality of your big day

THE COLLECTION PROCESS

Choosing a design from The Collection means you’ve already found a style that perfectly complements your wedding day. From here, I’ll work closely with you to personalise every detail, ensuring the finished stationery feels beautifully
“you.”

01. Enquiry & Booking

Once you’ve chosen your favourite design, I’ll send over the wedding stationery service form. This helps me gather all the details — quantities, wording, and any coordinating on-the-day pieces you may need.

You can also choose to adjust the colour scheme to match your palette.

From there, I’ll prepare a quote and, once
approved, send an invoice for a 50% nonrefundable
deposit to secure your booking.

02. Design & Proofing

I’ll create your digital proof in PDF format for you to review. You can share your feedback, and I’ll make any necessary amends to get everything just
right.

03. Print & Delivery

Once your proof is approved, I’ll send the final invoice for the remaining balance. As soon as payment is received, your stationery will head to print. At this stage, designs can’t be amended, so please check everything carefully before signing
off. Your order will usually be with you within two weeks of going to print.

A few notes:
– One round of amends is included as standard
— small tweaks beyond that are absolutely fine, but if we reach multiple revisions there may be an additional charge.
– There’s a minimum order of 40 for all printed wedding stationery.

THE BESPOKE PROCESS

Designing something bespoke is a true collaboration — it’s all about bringing your story and style to life through thoughtful design and print. Perfect for couples looking for something completely unique, with that next level of detail and finish.

Bespoke designs start with a design fee from £250, depending on complexity, in addition to product costs. Special print processes such as letterpress, embossing, and spot UV are also available within this service.

01. Consultation & Inspiration

We’ll start by chatting through your ideas, time frame, and budget to shape the initial concept. You’re welcome to share any inspiration — a photograph, colour swatch, piece of lace or fabric — anything that helps capture the feel of your day.

02. Quote & Booking

Once we’ve discussed your requirements and quantities, I’ll prepare a detailed quote. When you’re ready to go ahead, I’ll send an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin the design process.

03. Design Development

I’ll research ideas, create mood boards, and
produce two initial design concepts for you to review. Together, we’ll refine your chosen direction through up to two rounds of amends to ensure it’s perfect.

04. Print & Delivery

When everything is approved, the final invoice will be sent. Once the balance is paid, your designs will go to print. Please check all proofs carefully, as no further changes can be made

frequently asked questions

Here are some of the most common questions I’m asked. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — I’d love to help

What’s the difference between Collection and Bespoke designs?

Choosing from The Collection means selecting one of my existing designs and customising it with your wording and colour palette. A Bespoke design is created entirely from scratch — it’s a personalised process with mood boards, concepts, and artwork designed exclusively for you and your wedding.

How much will it cost?

Collection invitations start from £1.90 each, and Save the Dates from £1.50 each. Bespoke design projects include an additional design fee starting from £250, depending on the complexity of your design. You’ll always receive a full quote before we begin, so there are no surprises

How do I place my order?

Simply email me and I will send you the enquiry form to fill out with the details of what you’d like. Once we’ve confirmed everything, I’ll send you a quote and an invoice for the 50% deposit (nonrefundable). After that, I’ll begin the design process and keep you updated at every stage.

How long will it take?

Timelines vary slightly depending on the project, but as a guide:
– Collection designs take around 3–4 weeks from booking to delivery.
– Bespoke designs take around 6–8 weeks,
depending on complexity.
All timings include printing.

Can you help if I need something sooner?

If my schedule allows, I’ll always do my best to help with urgent orders. There may be a small rush fee, but please do ask — I’ll always try to accommodate you.

What’s the difference between Collection and Bespoke designs?

If you’re getting married in a busy season or expect guests to travel, Save the Dates are a great idea — ideally sent around 8–12 months before your day. Invitations are usually sent 3–4 months before the wedding (or earlier if you haven’t sent Save the Dates).

Can I get a sample?

Yes, of course! I offer a sample pack so you can see and feel the quality of the papers and finishes. There’s a small charge for this — just get in touch
to request one.

What if I want to order more items later — will they match?

I work with a professional print studio to ensure consistent quality. Colours usually match very closely, though small variations can sometimes occur between print runs. For this reason, it’s always best to order a few extra pieces when possible.

What happens if there’s a mistake in my design?

You’ll receive a digital proof to check carefully before everything goes to print. Once approved, no further changes can be made. If an error is noticed afterwards, reprints can be arranged at cost. I always recommend having someone else double-check wording and spellings before signing off.

Can you copy another designer’s work?

No, sorry — I don’t recreate or copy existing
designs. However, I’d be happy to use your
inspiration or favourite styles as a starting point fora bespoke creation that’s beautifully original.
