The I.V Margarita
A sophisticated tequila-based cocktail with a modern wedding twist.
Ingredients (per glass):
- 40ml tequila blanco
- 20ml Cointreau (or triple sec)
- 25ml fresh lime juice
- 15ml agave syrup (or simple syrup)
- Garnish: half salt rim orange or lime wheel
Method:
- Shake tequila, Cointreau, lime, and syrup with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or margarita glass with a half-salted rim.
- Garnish with a single white petal floating on top or a lime wheel.

The Ivy White
A light, floral champagne cocktail—perfect for weddings.
Ingredients (per glass):
- 25ml elderflower liqueur (e.g. St-Germain)
- 100ml chilled prosecco or champagne
- 10ml fresh lemon juice
- Top with soda water (optional, for a lighter spritz)
- Garnish: sprig of fresh rosemary or thyme + edible flower
Method:
- Pour the elderflower liqueur and lemon juice into a flute or coupe glass.
- Top up with chilled prosecco/champagne.
- Add a splash of soda water if you’d like a lighter spritz.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or thyme and an edible flower for that elegant Ivy White finish.
